Introduction

Silicon Carbide (SiC) ceramic ring is a high performance industrial component made of 98%+ SiC powder, formed by pressing and sintering at high temperature.silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic rings are available in SSiC (pressureless sintered) and RBSiC (reaction bonded).

SSiC (Pressureless Sintered SiC):High density (>3.10 g/cm³), low porosity (<0.2%), high strength, suitable for high load, high precision applications.

RBSiC (Reaction Bonded SiC):Cost effective, good thermal shock resistance, ideal for medium load and high temperature scenarios.

Featuring high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and low friction, they are widely used for mechanical seals, bearings and high temperature components in pumps, compressors and chemical equipment.
