Introduction

Our PP plastic board is a multi-functional rigid anti-corrosion plastic sheet, produced by continuous extrusion molding with polypropylene resin as the core raw material.
It perfectly eliminates the typical defects of metal and wooden panels: easy rusting, decay, heavy weight and high maintenance costs. With a dense solid PP internal structure, it integrates outstanding acid & alkali resistance, full waterproof & moisture-proof performance and stable structural rigidity. It maintains long service life under humid, corrosive, high-temperature and outdoor working environments.
PP sheet features excellent heat resistance, food safety and low density, which are its core advantages over PE and PVC. It is widely used in chemical workshops, electroplating pools, construction partitions, aquaculture tank lining, factory workbenches, grain silo lining, food processing equipment, decoration, ventilation ducts and all kinds of anti-corrosion engineering projects.

1.Main Body: Solid PP Core Sheet (Main Anti-corrosion Substrate) 
Material: Polypropylene with uniform, dense internal structure 
Advantage: Outstanding resistance to acid, alkali, salt and various chemical corrosion; fully waterproof with zero water absorption. It will never rot, rust or deform under humid & high-temperature working conditions, and complies with food contact safety standards. 
Optional types: Grey / white PP sheets, high-temperature resistant PP boards, food-grade PP panels customized for diverse application scenarios
2.Surface Layer: Smooth Compact PP Surface (Anti-wear Top Layer) 
Core function: Effectively withstand friction, scratches and long-term material abrasion; surface is easy to wipe and clean dirt. 
Extra value: Smooth surface prevents material sticking; it blocks corrosive liquid to safeguard equipment frames, and releases no toxic fumes during processing.
3.Application Layer: Machinable PP Base Plate (Installation Supporting Layer) 
Supports on-site processing including cutting, drilling, hot welding and bending; convenient for bolt fastening, gluing and seamless splicing. 
Maintains stable flatness, ideal for flat wall cladding, tank liners, chutes and linings for irregular-shaped equipment, especially suitable for hot liquid & food processing equipment. 
No anti-rust paint or waterproof coating required post-installation, which drastically cuts subsequent maintenance expenses.
